Who we are
MENA eSolutions is a boutique Systems Integration house specializing in infrastructure software and services. We work exclusively in the Middle East and North Africa and we are focused on the most demanding industry sectors in the region.
What we do
We work with leading companies in the region to help them optimize the Return on Investment on their infrastructure software expenditure. Our services range from IT strategy, through solution design to implementation and post-production support. While we work with a number of leading providers of infrastructure software, we are vendor-independent and we always aim to identify the most appropriate solution for our customers’ business needs.
How we do it
MENA eSolutions’ approach is business-case driven. We work firstly to understand our customers’ business needs, and then to translate that into a solution architecture and a business case. Once the business case is approved, we design and implement the solution and support the customer in realizing the value envisioned in the business case.
Where we do it
MENA eSolutions’ core market is the Arab World. We cover the Gulf (Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, Oman), the Levant (principally Lebanon and Jordan, though we would consider work in other markets on a case-by-case basis), and North Africa (Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco). We will also provide services outside this region for clients who are headquartered within our core geography.
Who we do it for
MENA eSolutions business-case driven approach implies a deep understanding of the industries in which our customers operate. Although we will work opportunistically outside these areas, we are principally focused on the following industries:
- Banking and Finance
- Telecommunications and Media
- Transportation and Logistics
- E-Government
We also work on targeted opportunities in the Oil and Gas sector.
